I have learned many things in my 10 years of personal training.  After a childhood of sports, I jumped into fitness while in the U.S. Navy.  I started learning the basics of the body and what can help people lose weight or gain strength.  I always wanted to be a person that could help other people and this was a way I can do it.  After becoming an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and experience with clients I learned one thing; Most people quit on themselves too soon.  My belief is that people only truly improve thru struggle.  It’s about more than just losing some weight,  it’s about you understanding that the only limits we have are self-imposed.  Don’t listen to the voice telling you that you can’t.  Reawaken the voice that we all have that tells us we can make anything happen.

Zach has been an amazing personal trainer since my first session with him. Although I was not prepared how the first session would go I was thrilled and exhausted by the end of our first session. Zach will push yourself to the very end of training and make sure not to quit before the finish line. He is the type of trainer who knows how to make sure you push past your limits and some while knowing if you need to take a breather at times during a workout. Zach cares about your well being and wants his clients to succeed in reaching fitness goals. He will give some options for workouts to do on your free time. What I really enjoy about Zach being my personal trainer is he likes to have small conversations before/during/after sessions and actually checks in to make sure you are doing ok. I highly recommend Zach as your personal trainer and get ready to push past your limits.

Let me start by saying Zach is the BEST personal trainer. I'm in the US Army and had my baby about a little over year ago. I knew eventually I would have to complete a fitness test and was so nervous about if I would pass or not. I started training with Zach and within a few months, I surpassed my goal of passing the army fitness test plus some [GETTING MY FIRST PULL UP/DEADLIFITING 200+]. I am now more confident about being in the gym, feel stronger, and when confused, I know I can ask Zach for help. He's extremely motivating and when you think you don't have another rep he will definitely fight for it. I HIGHLY recommend training with Zach as you will learn so much while having a good time too.
